The Executive Board, at its 144th session in January 2019, considered an earlier version of this
report.1 In noting the report,2 the Board agreed to the organization of intersessional consultations prior to the Seventy-second World Health Assembly to enable Member States to discuss and finalize the Impact Framework. The present document has been revised in light of Member States’ comments, both at the Executive Board in January 2019 and during the informal consultations held in Geneva in April 2019. It provides an overview of the WHO Impact Framework for the Thirteenth General Programme of Work, 2019–2023 (GPW 13), including its rationale and implementation plan.
